This phone also comes with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, but only comes with 2GB of RAM.

This phablet makes its spot in the top 3 because of its extensive abilities using Windows 8.  It has a total of 6 inches of screen.  It has a 1920 x 1080 HD display that is a full IPS.  It comes with a great camera that captures visions in great detail.  It comes with a Snapdragon S800 processor and a total of 2GB of RAM.  It is a great phablet that features multiple extras that include navigation and maps and all the special features that come with Microsoft Windows 8.
