Payment Options
Paying for your Kayo subscription is easy as the app accepts major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and Amex. Kayo is a subscription-based service which means your nominated payment method is billed on a recurring basis monthly. It will occur every calendar month from the date of your first bill. If your billing date doesn’t exist in the current month, you’ll just get the bill on the last day of that month.
Verify your Kayo Account
During the sign-up process, you’ll need to verify your Kayo subscription to make sure it’s actually you want to sign up for the service. The first step in the verification process is verifying your mobile number. The app will send you a text with a code to the mobile number you’ve provided. Once you’ve received it, enter the code to verify your mobile and move on to the next stage of your sign up. You will get an email to the address you provided. This will contain a verification link and by selecting this link, you will verify your identity with Kayo.
