5 Features to see in Galaxy S11: Samsung’s 2020 flagship

Samsung’s next giant flagship is the Galaxy Note 10, which is already there. Although it already has so many exciting features for us, it cannot stop you from looking further ahead into the future.

Specifically, when it comes to daydreaming about what Samsung is in store for us in early 2020 with the Galaxy S11, speculations and wish lists are countless.

Let’s take some time to speculate on the features we’d like to see in the upcoming phone.

1. 90Hz display

When it comes to the display, a 90Hz display would make it a better device.

Many of the smartphones in 2019 display the traditional 60Hz refresh rate, and while there’s nothing technically wrong with that, higher refresh rates would be better.

2. Centralized Camera Cutout

Although the Galaxy S10 already has thin bezels, and cutout for the front-facing camera has a role to play in this, better if it can have a hole-punch design. While it doesn’t look bad on the S10, it’d be better it the camera can be moved from the right corner to the center on the S11.

Although it’ll not provide any difference in its function, it would bring some nice symmetry to the S11’s design.

3. Improved Cameras

Samsung is already one of the undisputed leaders with its smartphone cameras, but over the years, it’s lagged to the likes of Google and Huawei. Although it is still not bad, there are better options out there.

It should have a jaw-dropping camera on the Galaxy S11, and it looks like there’s a good chance of that happening.

In the past May, last year, Samsung introduced an all-new 64MP camera sensor that can capture 480 FPS video at a crispy 1080 Full HD. This new sensor is yet to make an appearance in any of Samsung’s smartphones, and the S11 could be a good choice.

4. Improved Wired Charging

We already have witnessed some impressive feats from in the smartphone market regarding charging speeds. Like, OnePlus’s 30W Warp Charge system gets the OnePlus 7 Pro and Huawei’s P30 Pro that have improved its charging speed.

We would expect to bring the same improvement with the S11.

5. Without Bixby

It would be great if the Bixby button is removed from the phone. Although Samsung has made things better with the remap feature, still it’s great if it disappears altogether.
