To be eligible for the Go Mobile Plus Online BYO (Mx) Plan you’ll need to complete the following within 30 days of buying online. You’ll also be required to self-manage your account online while you remain on the offer.

Eligibility Criteria
Note that to remain eligible you will need to continue to self-service via the Telstra self-care channels for the duration of your plan. Some usage is excluded, such as calls/text/MMS to premium numbers (e.g. 19xx numbers), 1234, 12455, 12456 and satellite numbers, content charges and use overseas. Unused allowances expire monthly. Also if you go over your Monthly Data Allowance, Telstra will automatically add data to your allowance for that month in 1GB blocks for $10 per GB.
